Allie is an esthetician with 7 years of experience who joined the industry because she loves making people feel good about themselves. She specializes in waxing, brows, and lashes, and her absolute favorite service is lash lifts.

Cameron has almost 2 decades of experience behind the chair and has a passion for making people feel and look their best. She has a bright welcoming energy that we think will make her an excellent addition to the #SageBabeSquad. When she isn't behind the chair, she loves spending time with her partner and kiddos and working out her green thumb. She is tickled her new salon home is right around the corner from Plant & See... We have a feeling we're going to have some new plant babies around the salon soon.

Gerilyn is an esthetician with over 10 years of experience. She offers lash and brow services, microdermabrasion, and specializes in Sugaring. Sugaring is a natural waxing technique that slows the growth of hair over time. Gerilyn is especially passionate about helping people with hirsutism manage their condition. Her main goals are to make people feel like their best selves, feel comfortable in their skin and develop relationships with her clients. When she isn't slinging sugar she spends time with her children, creates art and is always up for learning something new!

Jennie is a lifelong artist who has added hair to her list of artistic mediums. She is a new stylist who is passionate and excited to get behind the chair and make every client feel like a work of art. Her favorite services include color, from natural looks all the way to vivids and everything in between. Jennie strives to make people feel good about themselves, is committed to our mission of inclusion and says, “If you have good hair, you have a good life!”
Jennie is very family focused and when she isn’t behind the chair she is usually spending time with them, including her treasured nieces and nephew and partner. She also makes time for more art of course, including painting and ceramics.

Courtney is a straight shooter who loves being behind the chair and making her client's hair dreams come true. She specializes in redheads, lived in blondes and brunettes and most of her clientele prefer natural looks.⠀⠀
When she's not in the salon she is running after her sweet Sage Babies, pups and husband. Fun fact! Two of her dogs are Zero's parents, and the other is his sister.

Duncan is a blonding specialist who also loves vivids. Duncan's main focus in the salon is making his clients feel beautiful and giving them a boost of confidence. He splits his time between Crystal and Sage Beauty and Fire salon in Greensboro.
He loves textured, lived in looks and beachy waves. When he isn't killing it behind the chair he loves to hike with his partner, read, play video games and hang out with his rescue baby Pearl, the cutest Pit ever.

Sara is the owner of Crystal & Sage and provides permanent makeup services, body waxing services as well as hair services. She specializes in Balayage, Vivids, Color Corrections and curly hair. She also provides formal hairstyling and is a go-to for weddings and special events.
Crystal and Sage was born out of a desire to provide an inclusive space for the community after always feeling a bit out of place herself. She has worked hard to cultivate a salon culture where all are welcome and individuality is celebrated.
When Sara isn't behind the chair she is likely to be running after her 12 year old son, snuggling with her 4 rescue dogs, or watching true crime shows or documentaries.

Zero is a top notch receptionist, couch warmer, Lamb Chop toy destroyer and Cuddle Buddy in Chief! When he isn't greeting people at the door he can be found passed out in the arms of anyone who will hold him like a baby, running a tight ship with security, and making sure that no one pees alone and all snack crumbs are promptly cleaned.
At home, Zero likes to curl up in any available lap, couch, chair or blanket for puppy snoozes. When he's all rested up he enjoys roughhousing with his brothers and sister, chewing any pillow that hits the floor and getting lightning speed zoomies.
